3-day full facility survey across all 4 systems: acoustic on water/fire, ultrasonic on compressed air, thermal on roof and mechanical, pressure decay on fire loop.
Results
27 leaks found: 8 compressed air ($8,200/year waste), 4 HVAC, 2 domestic water, 1 fire loop, 12 roof penetrations. Insurer accepted report. Compressed air savings paid for survey in 4 months.
